Step 1: If installed from the Windows store try to run a
Windows app troubleshooter and check.

Step 2: I would also suggest you to try signing in to Microsoft user account and check.

• When you say App fotos, are you referring to Photos app?
• What error do you get when you use the Photos app?

If it is a Photos app, then I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.
