How to batch convert heic photos to jpg on Windows 10 pc?

Ah, the old .heic conundrum! I get it, not everything loves that format. No worries, though—I've got your back. Here's a quick and easy way to batch convert those .heic files to .jpg on your Windows 10 PC:

    1. TunesBro HEIC converter

    • First and foremost, there's a nifty tool called TunesBro HEIC for Windows.
    • After installing it, you'll be able to view .heic files right in Windows Photo Viewer (the old-school photo viewer). But the real magic? Right-click on your .heic files in File Explorer, and you'll see an option to convert them to .jpg. You can select multiple files and convert them all in one go.
    2. iMazing HEIC Converter

    • This one is a standalone tool. It's super user-friendly.
    • Just drag and drop your .heic files or folders into the app, and it'll churn out .jpgs (or .pngs if that's your jam) in no time.
Both of these tools are free and should help you out in a jiffy!

Also, a heads-up for the future: If you want your iPhone to save photos as .jpg instead of .heic:

    1. Go to Settings on your iPhone.
    2. Tap on Camera.
    3. Tap on Formats.
    4. Choose "Most Compatible" (this will save photos in the .jpg format).
Hope this helps! Cheers, and happy editing!

  3. convert vpb file to something that can be opened in photos legacy

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Saeid. I'll be happy to help you out today. You can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

To convert a VPB file to a format that can be opened in the Photos app, you can try the following steps:

Download and install a third-party video converter software on your computer. There are several free and paid options available, such as Handbrake, Any Video Converter, and Freemake Video Converter.

Open the video converter software and import the VPB file you want to convert. The exact steps for importing files may vary depending on the software you are using.

Choose a compatible video format for the output file. The Photos app can open various video file formats, such as MP4, MOV, and WMV. Check the Photos app documentation for a full list of supported file types.

Configure the video conversion settings, such as resolution, bitrate, and frame rate, as per your requirements.

Start the video conversion process and wait for it to complete. The time it takes to convert the file may vary depending on the file size and your computer's processing power.

Once the conversion is complete, open the Photos app and import the converted file into a new video project. You should now be able to edit the video using the Photos app.
