    Hi! My computer has been running into Status_Access_Violation while useing browser quite frequently so I try to check the health of it and found that it detect some corrupt files as well as having fail at restore health commandThis the onedrive folder with CBS log file and DISM log filesLOG FilesThank you so much

    SFC /scannow ?? corrupt files? I'm lost...

    Try sfc /scannow a couple of times and do a full restart. If that doesn't work try Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth from an admin command prompt. Then try sfc /scannow again. Come back for more advice if that Dism command fails or wants a source file. See also DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image

    SFC /ScanNow Corrupt Files & DISM fails


    I started from the same problem situation on Windows 8.1 Pro. Somehow (I have no clue how I did this since I tried lots of suggestions on the web), but sfc /scannow now finishes successfully. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, however, still has the same problem as you mention. Is this important to fix (since sfc /scannow does not detect integrity violations anymore). (Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth mentions that it is repairable though).
