Discus and support four drafts mailboxes in Outlook 2016 in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; I've set up Outlook 2016 to handle my Gmail account; my Microsoft Office is in Italian whereas my Gmail account is in English, I used the command...     four drafts mailboxes in Outlook 2016


    I've set up Outlook 2016 to handle my Gmail account; my Microsoft Office is in Italian whereas my Gmail account is in English,
    I used the command outlook.exe /resetfolders to put the names of all my various mailboxes into Italian, but for some reason I now have four mailboxes for drafts, named Bozze, Bozze1, Bozze2 and Bozze3. It seems that Bozze 3 is the default one, as when I have a drafted email, it is stored there.
    I know how to hide the other three folders, but is it possible to change the name of Bozze3?

    What I would do would be to connect both my Windows 10 Mail and my Outlook 2016 to the same mailbox (either Outlook.com or Google Mail), then copy the messages from Windows 10 Mail to that mailbox. This will allow them to show up in Outlook 2016 as well,
    since it will also be accessing that mailbox.

    We acknowledge that you're having issues in accessing a shared mailbox. The shared mailbox can only be accessed once the admin has added the members that he/she would like to share the mailbox with.

    For further details, we suggest checking this link
    Open and use a shared mailbox in Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2013    . It may take a few minutes before a shared mailbox appears if your admin only added you recently.

    Let us know if there are other concerns.

    Managed to solve this; didn't realise it was possible to delete or rename these files from the right click context menu.
