Windows 10: foza horizon 5 stuck on loading screen or boot screen

i play on steam ive never had this issue ive recently reset my laptop i have enough storage i have a terabyte and have 631gb leftthere is no error message it just doesn't get past the splash screen of the gt one and saying forza horizon 5 i bought the game its licensed to my steam acc

Forza Horizon 5 stuck on loading screen

When I try to launch Forza Horizon 5 it gets stuck on the black loading screen that's after the XBOX studios stuff. This is after I reinstalled it since I had to when I migrated to Windows 11. Ever since I upgraded to Windows 11 this happened so I reinstalled it and it's still happening.

Try to repair the game in Windows settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Search for Forza Horizon 5 from the list > Click on it and select "Advanced options" > Click "Repair". Restart your computer and try opening the game again.

 

Stuck on Windows Loading Screen

i have an old pc . i have installed a graphic card . it working fine when i newly format my pc but untill i shut down & turn power off . after i switch on my pc back it stuck on loading screen , sometimes on bios flash screen ,Sometimes it boot up then my pc freeze .when i removed graphic card it boot up & works fine . this problem is haunting me for months . i don't know which parts in my pc damaged. is it graphic card or motherboard or ram or cpu or hdd . i'm lost here..
