    The problem lies in an incomprehensible, constant fps drawdown, in the browser and in all of them and in Windows itself, reinstalling Windows did not help in any way, I tried to change the disks, nothing happened, even I transferred all the components to a new computer, the problem remains, and fps sags strangely, in static web pages, and in there are no problems with the video, but as you start turning the page, this problem occurs, the same situation occurs in Windows itself, I reinstalled all the firewood 100 times, the systems of the first computer rtx 2060s, xeon 2696v2, 16gb ram ssd m2
