Windows 10: FPS Drops on most games with AMD Threadripper 1950x

Discus and support FPS Drops on most games with AMD Threadripper 1950x in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I'm getting random FPS drops on multiple games.     FPS Drops on most games with AMD Threadripper 1950x


    I'm getting random FPS drops on multiple games. Besides the AMD 1950x my setup has a 2080 ti and 32 gb of DDR4 Ram.

    Please help!
