Windows 10: Fps drops on online servers but not on bots CS:GO

Hello,

So as the title says i get fps drops while playing on online server : matchmaking, deathmatch but not if i play on bots.
I need help.

Fps drop in cs go

Ihave lenovo g589 with win 10 as oparating system.....i use to play cs go and it gives 50-60 fps but now it gives 30 fps.....and it os vry laggy

 

Fps drop during cs go and high cpu usage

I use to play cs go for over 2 month but suddenly my fps drop from 60 to 20 fps............

And i have notice that the cpu usage is 50 to 60 % where it hardly goes 20 to 30 % .......i have i3 processor and 10gb ram ......pls help i cannot play cs go
