Windows 10: FPS of games are capped after Windows 11 update

Hi there,I installed Windows 11 2 weeks ago and since then have had this problem. Before Windows 10 my fps would be uncapped in all games and it would work fine, but since installing it my games cap at 75 FPS and have a noticably lower performance. I've searched the internet to see if other people have this problem, and while they seemingly do, none of the solutions they've provided have worked.I've tried:-Both updating and clean reinstalling my nvidia drivers-Changing the settings in Settings>Display Settings>Graphics>Change default graphics settings. I've tried turning both GPU hard

All games are capped at 60 fps after Windows 10 Update

After the latest windows 10 update. All games seem to be capped at 60 fps when before the update I got well over 80 fps. I DO NOT have vsync enabled nor do I have Game DVR enabled. I looked all over online and have received no help. Any suggestions?

Graphics cards are responsible for managing frame rates in terms of gaming and other GPU-intensive tasks. Some graphics cards have settings that caps the FPS, therefore, the best that I could suggest is to check your graphics card's global settings panel
to modify, or even remove the capping. Please refer to your GPU manufacturer's website for further assistance with changing the settings.

Game FPS capped at 60

Assuming you don't have Vsync enabled, and assuming Geforce experience or something has not upped your in game graphic settings, check game mode to ensure you aren't recording in the background.

You aren't talking about FPS while Game DVR (recording in the background) is enabled, right? Note in that scenario , video FPS are default 30, max 60 as "high quality video capture may impact the quality of your game".
