Windows 10: FPS problem

Hi so randomly every 45 seconds to 5 minutes, I get this random FPS lag, it's not a framerate drop, but a distortion that last for about 15 seconds then reverts itself back to good FPS, my laptop has good performance, but this happens at random times. Fortnite FPS Problems

Standing by here waiting for the results of the fixes I gave you for FPS stuck at 60 fps which is a known issue which I gave you every available fix for.

This is an interactive process. I give steps to perform, you do each one and then report back results until something works, so I know what to suggest next. If you need help performing any step, just ask back. But please do not skip any steps. We often find out the skipped step is the fix.

500mhz under 3d? wow that is an strange problem. and in 2d does it goes to 250?

Anyway I would suggest doing this if not tried: driver resets to default *Smile this solve a few problem for me in the past.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
