Windows 10: Fps problem

A new update was downloaded for Windows, after that the game, Valorant began to work poorly, and the fps became low for no reason. I checked the temperatures and everything is fine. My problem is that I can't even delete this update. There is no option to delete it. And also the security update. When I want to remove it, it says this update needs it. The computer, what should I do every time the Windows update is useful to me and improves the performance of the game, but this time the game became bad

Fortnite FPS Problems

500mhz under 3d? wow that is an strange problem. and in 2d does it goes to 250?

Anyway I would suggest doing this if not tried: driver resets to default *Smile this solve a few problem for me in the past.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
