Windows 10: FPS with New Cpu

Discus and support FPS with New Cpu in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I just upgrade my Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 7 3700x, but my fps got worse.     I just upgrade my Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 7 3700x, but my fps got worse. My specs are :Gtx 207016 gb ram running at 3200650 psu

    CPU problem lead to FPS Drop

    Product Name: Envy 15-t ae001nx
    Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

    When i play a game for 7-10 min one cores of my cpu 5500u stop processing while left with one which lead to poor performance and low FPS (FPS Drop from 60 - 20) cant play any game like MGS V & Overwatch

    I used MWmontier to geve more information when the FPS dropped in the same time cpu one core stops in the image below plz help me fix this
