Windows 10: FQC-08930 Windows 10 Pro OEM end of life?

Is it true that FQC-08930 Windows 10 Pro OEM is EOL? That was the news I heard yesterday, but I couldn't find any information confirming it online. It seems odd with 22H2 just released.

Microsoft Part number FQC-08930 is an OEM version (64Bit) of Windows 10. OEM versions have unique and different product keys for 32Bit and 64Bit versions. You will need to return the product.

as far as I can figure out

FQC-08929 is 32 bit OEM pro

FQC-08930 is 64 bit OEM pro

you can change your mind after activation, with a clean install from the iso downloaded from the media creation tool.

I accidentally purchased Microsoft Part number FQC-08930 instead of FQC-08970. Based on the descriptions, I received a 64bit version. However, I want the 32Bit version. I am currently looking into returning the product, but I wanted to see if the license
is valid for either 32Bit or 64Bit operating system. Is the product license valid for both versions? Can I just download the 32Bit ISO or use a disk from another purchase of the correct (FQC-08970)product, and enter the license key that came with the new
purchase (FQC-08930)? I am installing a brand new system without any operating system on it, so there is no need to migrate. Can you please tell me if I need to return my 64Bit product?
