    Framework 3.5 full offline package won't install


    I need to install on some off line computers .Net Framework 3.5.I downloaded the full installer ~200MB in size.When I start the install program, it still wants to go to the internet to find the files.I get an 0x8024402C error.Initially, I was getting an 0x800F0954 error but I did some registry hacks on HKLM and deleted the files in the Windows\Logs\CBS folder.

    OK, the Windows 10 Feature installation method should have been straightforward, but since that errored out as well, something else seems to be going on with your Windows, so wait for somebody with more experience to suggest a way out.

    In the mean time, if you haven't already, you could give muchomurka's suggestion a go as well with the elevated prompt and an install media to see if it works. The following link shows the detailed steps involved.

    You might want to try copying everything off the thumb drive to a local folder on the hard disk instead of running setup from the thumb drive itself.

    I have windows 10 and my printer is HP OFFICEJET PRO 8610. My laptop says it is offline What do I do?
