Windows 10: framework 4.5

[COLOR=rgba25, 30, 30, 1]When I try to apply buildDebugAndMac.bat it's needed for a setup to work I get the following error: [/COLOR][COLOR=rgba226, 80, 65, 1]C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\3.1.407\Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets1177,5: error MSB3644: The reference assemblies for .NETFramework,Version=v4.5 were not found. To resolve this, install the Developer Pack SDK/Targeting Pack for this framework version or retarget your application. I tried installing net framework 4.5 from the link that I got from the error but It tells me:
[COLOR=rgba25, 30, 30, 1]1. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 is already a part of this operating system. You do not need to install the .NET Framework 4.5 redistributable.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba25, 30, 30, 1]2. Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4.5 has already been installed on this computer.[/COLOR]

Microsoft .NET Framework, Unhandled exception

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

Try the following steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
• Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
• Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer
• Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer.

Method 1:

For uninstalling a program, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open run command by pressing
Windows key + R.

Step 2: Type
appwiz.cpl. You can see a list of programs installed in your PC.

Step 3: Click on the program you want to install. Uninstall option will get highlighted.

Step 4: Click Uninstall to uninstall the program.



Method 2:

To Turn Windows feature on/off, follow the steps below:

For uninstalling a program, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open run command by pressing
Windows key + R.

Step 2: Type
appwiz.cpl. On the left side panel select Turn Windows feature on or off
option.

Step 3: In the appeared window, check the option
.net framework. It will now appear in the Programs and features
page

Step 4: Click on
.net framework and uninstall.

1. How did you uninstall the Microsoft .NET Framework 4?
2. From where are you trying to download the Microsoft .NET Framework 4?

Meanwhile, I suggest you to follow the below steps.
1. Press Windows + X, and select programs and features.

2. In the Programs and Features window, click Turn Windows features on or off.

3. Under Windows Features dialog, uncheck .NET Framework 4 and click Ok
when if prompt confirmation.

4. Reboot your PC.

5. Once you reach desktop screen, reopen the Windows Features dialog, and this time
enable the .NET Framework 4 checkbox, and click Ok.
