Windows 10: fraud charge but nothing on accounts

I have a MICROSOFT-G071694616 charge on my account of over $5000. I don't know why. There are no charges on my history of microsoft account but it is in my bank statement. It gives me 800 642 7676 WA as a number. I am reading some saying this is a legit number, some saying its a scam number. I just know, I have never spent $5000+ single transaction for anything in my life, let alone for something related to microsoft!Any Support would be appreciated.-Mike

I need to know how to reach someone in Microsofts fraud department to end recurrent charges to my bank; I changed my debit card number but my bank is stupid and updated the merchant with the new account number, so I continue to get recurrent monthly subscription charges for One Drive; any help would be appreciated, thanks.

For fraud charges not authorized by you, it will be a standard dispute case you can request from your credit card company.

If it is an accidental purchase made by you, Microsoft support can help you resolve it because it is your account, and you will be able to verify your Microsoft account when you contact Microsoft support.

But because this is made on someone else's Microsoft account, you will not be able to verify this other person's Microsoft account, hence Microsoft support typically cannot process refund on this basis, and that's why it is a standard dispute case you can open with your credit card company. It also means your credit card can be compromised, so it is best that you lock it and request a new one
