    My email is being used for an account without my permission. There is absolutely no way to peak to anyone at Microsoft in the phone, over email or live chat. You send me in circles over and over on the phone and on your site. I fine this irresponsible and frankly criminal, fraud department and resources should be readily available to customers. Not just articles that lead you no where. HELP

    I found the program! Thank you for suggesting the program cleaner. It was listed as an Epson program. I emailed Epson, and they emailed me the process for removing the program from my computer. I could not have accomplished this without your help. THANK YOU ALL
