    FRAUD PHONE CALL!!!!!


    I just thought I would let the community know that I got a phone call this morning telling me that my computer is in security breach and to contact Microsoft before using my laptop. I've been had before by a message like this right on my laptop, I called and inadvertently let them into my laptop, what a big mistake that ended up being it took me hours and hours to get them out of my laptop. Here is one number they could be calling from 1 804 800 7003. I actually called them let them explain what was going on. I then informed them that I actually contacted Microsoft before calling there number. The guy who answer the phone was definitely upset cried out "O MY GOD" and hung up the phone. Just thought I should share.

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
