Windows 10: Fraud-refund

Hi. I had 3 orders as a fraud in the same time. Somwhow i reported here as a fraud, asked for return. Paypal cancelled all of the payments but my bank still took my money. How can i get my money back as i've done nothing wrong? I dont know who to contact as i cannot find any phone numbers or email or something where someone can answer my questions.

My friend that I have trusted for so long logged into my account and purchased 2 games that

We’re 45 bucks I total he gifted the game’s to his account he blocked me on everything. This happened August 17th when o fist saw the charge I mediately investigated and saw it was fraud. I Immediately knew who it was because in my history it said that I
gifted 2 games to this person I immediately contacted Microsoft they told me to file a refund and I did, it got denied I contacted them again they told me to reply I did it denied because they do not refund games that have been consumed I kept filling refunds
for about one month then I stopped because they are kept getting denied so I lost all hope meanwhile the person that committed fraud on my account is sitting down and enjoying the games that he did not get with his money I called my bank they only refunded
5 bucks because he stole 5 bucks from my bank and got the rest of my money from Microsoft currency I tried contacting Microsoft a lot of times everyone told me to file another refund. I have lost all the last refund I made was 4 days ago It got denied meanwhile
my friend who committed fraud has been teasing me by streaming the games on twitch and making new account Harassing me

Constantly. Microsoft is not doing anything about it

If you purchased the application yourself, we are unable to provide a refund for that purchase. If the purchase was not made by you, please contact your financial institution to report the fraud so that they can handle the claim with our fraud department.
Otherwise, being as there is no way for us to retrieve the product that you have acquired, there is also no way to provide a refund for an application.
