Windows 10: FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY ON MY MICROSOFT ACCOUNT

I really hope Microsoft rep can escalate this asap. I am running out of ways to actually contact Microsoft Store. They show a number on website - it does not work. Issue - My account was hacked and a laptop was purchased. I got my money back to my account via bank, then paypal also removed payment as per my response. Yet Microsoft goes full steam ahead and takes the order up to delivery stage. During this process I have no way to cancel, edit, change or amend the placed order. I just have the item shown in my "recent orders" and nicely showing delivery stage. My friend managed to reach out to

I would like to speak to someone about the fraudulent activity on my Microsoft account please.

 

Fraudulent Microsoft Account

I received a Microsoft security notice at my Gmail account stating that somebody was trying to access my Microsoft account. I do not have a Microsoft account associated with my Gmail. When I attempt to recover username or password information it gives me a user name I did not create that is associated with my Gmail account. How do I deactivate this fraudulent Microsoft account under my Gmail address?

Can anyone help me with how I contact someone at Microsoft to report fraudulent activity? it appears a payment has been taken from my debit card totalling £89.99. I have never actually purchased anything from Microsoft, so i can only assume someone has used
my card fraudulently. I have contacted the bank to cancel the card, but obviously need a refund from Microsoft of the amount. I have tried to use the website, but i cant find anything to report such an instance.
