Windows 10: Fraudulent order placed from my microsoft account

Hello, I found out this morning that someone from an unknown IP has hacked into my account and placed a Surface laptop order and the shipment is already in transit so unable to cancel the order. I have tried to call Microsoft Support for hours with no productive outcome. When asked to what kind of help I needed and said Microsoft Store support, it gave me reference to go to help.microsoft.com and when asked if I can talk to a customer service representative it said that a service representative cannot address this request. Finally, when I used the callback option, I got to talk to an agent

Fraudulent Microsoft Account

I received a Microsoft security notice at my Gmail account stating that somebody was trying to access my Microsoft account. I do not have a Microsoft account associated with my Gmail. When I attempt to recover username or password information it gives me a user name I did not create that is associated with my Gmail account. How do I deactivate this fraudulent Microsoft account under my Gmail address?

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Rearrange account order in Mail

Duh . . . This is the first thing I wanted to do - rearrange the order of my account listing. Please add that feature!
