Windows 10: Free Cell Level Selector pops up after every game

Hi, I play Free Cell every day and even have premium, however after every game I play the level selector comes up when I play a new game. It did not do that before, what is wrong now? Why do you keep trying to fix things that aren't broken and then break them in the process.

I would suggest you to install the free cell card game from manufacturer's website in compatibility mode and check.

Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:

1. Download the game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the game and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select Windows 10 from the drop down list.

5. Let the game install and then check the functionality.

Can no longer change difficulty level in Solitaire games

Thanks for the suggestion, but when I click on + it just starts playing a new game (deals the cards). No screen pops up asking to set the difficulty level.

 

Disney magic kingdom game, levels got reset to beginning.

We can imagine how upsetting it could be when game resets to beginning level. We would suggest follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

1. Launch game app.
   
2. Go to Options (the top right corner) > Connect.
   
3. You should be able to find two options to restore your game progress as shown in the picture below.
   
   
   
4. You can try and connect to either of the options and check if you are able to access your game progress.
   

However, as the issue is with in-game progress being reset and irrecoverable saved game data, if the issue still persists, we would suggest you to post your query in
Gameloft support Forums for better assistance.
