Windows 10: Free disck space

I have a windows server 2012 R2.I need to free some space on C disc. If i analyse the disc occupation, i can see that most of the disc is occupied by an folder called system volume information. In this folder i have files like the one in the picture in attachWhat are this files? there is a way to delete them?Best regards

i try to install Forza horizon 4 ultimate but i cant bcs stucks on sellect driver disck i have 3 disck C,D,E and i wana go to E disck but when i press the button 'install' the installer is not prosses is stuck here how can i fix this?

My hard disc capacity is 1 TB and there is 1 C drive and 1 recovery drive D.

Kindly help me solve this issue.
