    No, unless you had Windows 10 installed on the device during the free period and then went back to Windows 8.1. If this is a new machine that never had the free upgrade then the free period is passed.

    It's true that Shazam is free but for a free trial period of time. It's free for download and instalation but it cost when they ID your songs.

    To be slightly pedantic, end date is July 28th. However do not recommend you wait till last few days, as there will probably be a big rush of people trying to get it before offer ends, and the servers could get overloaded, and you miss the deadline.
