Windows 10: free ip space removed all my phots scans

I have used that one photo,scan folder, downloaded pics camera imports at a time on occasion today apparently really stupidily I picked all of them and hit free up space and now theyre gone!@!! Please help. Om afraid to trun off my desktop in case there is a way to find them but turning it off will remove them permanent,y Please can naybody help? Ty

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.
