2. Are you using the new USB to proceed with the reinstallation of the latest build of Windows 10 or make space to update the existing build?
   
3. What is the available free space on the C drive?
   
4. What is the error message or error code that you receive when trying to use the USB?
   
5. Which build of Windows 10 is currently running on your system? Press Windows key + R, type winver and press enter to know the information.
   

Windows Update requires storage space to download quality updates (such as monthly cumulative updates).
