Windows 10: Freeze and restart with WHEA 18 machine check exemption

I've been having freezing and crash on my gaming PC, usually when playing Apex Legends. I've swapped GPU and RAM but still seem to get the same crash. I reset Windows. BSOD with WHEA Event 16 & 18 !!

I keep getting WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR aswell as these in the Event Viewer. Event 46 happens everytime I BSOD, but Event 18 only happened once!
