    Freeze on windows 11 forces me to restart windows explorer


    I bought a new notebook, a Dell G15 with a Ryzen 7 5800H and a RTX 3060, and i have a issue that i think its from software, as the hardware seems ok, sometimes my pc have a weird semi freeze, it doesnt open the windows start menu, the microsoft edge freezes, i cant acess the steam store and such, and its a pain having to go to restart windows explorer, i wanna know if someone have a good solution, i tried restoring the instalation of windows, tried from a pen drive, tried a lot of things and nothing helped, all drivers are up to date also is windows 11.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Windows Explorer Replacement?

    are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

    I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue Freeze on windows 11 forces me to restart windows explorer :p
