Windows 10: freeze or hangs unexpectedly

when im on chrome, my laptop just freezes and sometimes even makes a buzzing sound. this happens randomly and I don't know why. i sometimes even get the blue screen one where it says "your pc ran into a problem"

it doesn't say why or what happened.

anyone know the cause and any possible fix for this??

btw everytime this happens, I'm always on chrome so that might be a hint

:)

When the drive is made there are only 4 files as seen in the screenshot.



I have a win10bootable usb. It shows up in the boot list. but mem86 usb dosen't show up.

List the anti virus software currently installed and any other prior software.

1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

13) Increase the free space on the Windows drive to > 30 GB

15) Open Ccleaner > click windows tab or custom clean > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

16) Run HD Tune (free version) (all drives)

Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:

17) Run Sea Tools for Windows

18) For any BSOD:

a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files : attached RAMAN-(2020-04-15_17-04-04).zip

b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
> if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive: NIL FOUND
