Windows 10: Freezes after start-up

Can I reset Windows 10 without going through Windows?New computer, ~2 weeks old. Windows 10 programs have been freezing, happening with increasing frequency until now it freezes right after start-up. That is, it loads Windows, shows the home page with all my shortcut icons, but won't open anything, not even the Windows menu, nor allow me to type a command like "cmd".Previously, successfully did "/sfc scannow" but was unable to do "/dism" before freezing took hold. Then System Restore failed citing "Corrupt drivers". Tried System Reset but it stalled out at 1% and when I came back the next morn

Screen Freezing up

Andre, thanks for your suggestions. I performed all steps as you listed and it appears that there were

some problems that have been corrected. I will let you know in a day or so if the "freeze" problem

occurs again. Many thanks for your help --- this took longer than I expected!

Windows 10 Home freezes

Yes it is connect cause i use that device as principal audio
If i disconnect it, the device disappear from the list and i can't uninstall it
I remember that when i was testing the PC with OCCT i had high temperatures on CPU package (TSI) : max 105.75 °C

Ok i did this 2 times
- first time: it freezed
- second time: hasn't freezed yet

Before the full shutdown i had 2 freezes
At the start the icons are white and take time to load

EDIT: The PC freezed after the second full shutdown, and happen also with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (1st gen) unplugged.
