Windows 10: Freezes and USB disconnecting on first boot

As the title states, every time i start my pc for the first time of the day or after it being off for a while, it freezes randomly for 1-5 seconds and disconnects and reconnects alll my usb devices mouse, keyboard, etc.... Once i restart my pc it doesn't happen anymore.The problem started right after after upgrading from my MSI Z390 mpg plus mobo and i7 9700k to my current aorus z690 elite ddr4 mobo and i7 12700k so i think i got either a bad mobo or cpu. I've tried reinstalling windows 3 times, made sure i have the latest bios, re installed all the mobo drivers from the gigabyte website, te

Win 10 won't boot, if I disconnect secondary drive(s)

1. Download: Macrium Rescue ISO 6.1.1000 and use: Rufus - Create bootable USB to create a USB Boot.
2. Disconnect Disk 1 from your PC
3. Boot up your PC using the USB in step 1
4. Follow the screen shot to fix Windows Boot

 

USB boot for bios update

Did the first step. It already doesn't work. Note the capacities and drive letters M:/N: The HP utility is about to format my raid-1 volume containing my 2 750gb drives. It thinks it's the usb stick. I can not select any other drives in the HP utility. My 512mb usb stick is U:.

Any other suggestions?

I suggest you to Change the USB power management settings and check.

  Open Device Manager.
  
• 
  Double-click the type USB to change power management settings.
  
• 
  Right-click the specific device you want, and then click
  Properties.

  On the Power Management tab, change the power management settings.
