Windows 10: Freezing in apps

Hello, ive been browsing many different forums and never found a fix... yesterday after moving my laptop upstairs from being downstairs it started to freeze, its not like the application times out and crashes though.. it simply locks me inside of that application and the only escape being ctrl alt delete, then i hit esc and my computer is good again for about 15 seconds - 1 minute. Ive tried different power plans, startup repair, heck i even tried a completely fresh install of windows.. nothing seems to go my way sadly.Im on latest version of windows 10 with updates.Running ASUS ROG Strix G17

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your touch pad.

Refer these steps:

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
