Windows 10: freezing laptop

recently, my acer predator helios neo 16, the rtx 4060 version, has been having issues with randomly freezing. basically, what will happen, is when it freezes, the screen stays on, the fans are on, the lights on everything are on. but ZERO input to everything else. only the power button to hard reset it, works. this happens around 4 times or more every day. Laptop freeze

Hi guys, i can't do what both of you has suggested for this laptop cause every time it freeze in widows it will not be able to reload windows and i have to do a clean install. I already repeated this cycle few times. Anyway thanks both of you for your suggestions.
