Windows 10: Freezing on startup win11

Hello, I had this problem for quite a while throught multiple installs of windows 10 and 11.The problem is when I turn on the pc it freezes, its completely unoperable, i cant even turn it off, the only solution I have found to this is that if i put the pc in sleep mode before entering to windows and then turn it on, the pc works normally but this is not a solution because the problem is still there.The only thing close to being a software related problem that i could find are some events in the event visor that are failing when the pc frezees but I dont know how to fix them. Also this problem

Hi,

I suggest you to create a Windows 10 installation media and perform a Startup Repair on the device and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
This is an alternate way to boot the device and run recovery tools when something goes wrong with the Operating system.

Please follow the steps below to do Startup repair:

Steps:-

          Insert the installation USB drive
          and boot Windows 10 from it.
          
          If you don't have one, you can Create an installation Media.
          
        • 
          In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’
          and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Startup Repair’
          and select the operating system.

Windows 10/11 freezes after update/startup

I’ve been having some serious issue with windows updates. I’ve tried everything:

• updated drivers,
  
• updated motherboard bios,
  
• updated windows multiple times,
  
• clearing temp files,
  
• all the things in command prompt,
  
• tested RAM health,
  
• clean install of window’s multiple times.
  
• Disabled fast startup
  
• Tried different HDD with clean install of windows
  
• Startup repair
  
• Upgraded to Win11
  

I just can’t for the life of me figure it out. Initially this trouble was on Windows 10, I thought maybe if I upgrade to Win11 it might work, but same issue.

Windows works fine after fresh install, if I shutdown and power up, it freezes during windows loading screen on a clean install!! If i update and restart, it freezes on the restart page. Only way it boots up is safe mode without networking.

I’ve even tested another hard drive with Linux operating system and it works fine, but Windows 10/11 doesnt as it always freezes for some reason. Please, can someone help me out?
