    Freezing PC, cleanup image restore health stuck at 62.3%


    Had an issue with my PC freezing when I launched games, I ended up doing the chkdsk and cleanup image scannow and they both worked, then I did the cleanup image restore health and it got to 62.3% and stopped. Any help would be much appreciated.

    DISM - Parameter "Cleanup-Image" is not known (error 87)

    Hello Eric,

    To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you run DISM Restore Health command. Refer to the steps provided below:

    • Open Command Prompt (Administrator).
    • Type the following command:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    3. Press Enter.

    Freezing PC, cleanup image restore health stuck at 62.3%

    Stuck at 62% and nothing is happening

    I am resetting my pc(not factory reset) and for more than an hour it is preparing to reset and is stuck at 62%. I tried cancelling and trying it again but still gets stuck at 62%.
