    FREEZING WHEN USING DESICATED GRAPHICS CARD VIDEO MEMORY MANAGEMENT INTERNAL


    Hello guysI have a surface laptop studio with an i7, iris XE and Rtx 3050ti laptop gpu.For the last couple of weeks I have been struggling with constant freezing so I decided to check it out, and found out that it mostly happens when the dedicated gpu starts being used. I have updated drivers, uninstalled drivers all together trough DDU. Updated firmware, reset pc, test ram, tested graphics card, but nothing seems to work.I also have got the bsod with the message video memory management internal.Thank you

    graphics card problems

    Hi,

    Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

    • Turn your computer off.
    • Pull out your video/graphics card.
    • Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
    • Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.
    Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

    Hi Harold,

    In order for you to know the the type of video or graphics card you currently have, you may follow the steps provided below:

    • Right-click on the (Start button) or Windows icon from the lower left portion of your screen.
    • Choose Device Manager.
    • Once the Device Manager opens, look for Display adapters and click the
      > icon. Under Display adapter you will see the Graphics card that you have.

    Hi Team,

    I have been suffering multiple BSOD's, mostly when either using Excel (360 version) or when trying to upload or attach pictures to my website. Video Memory Management Internal is the error message, I have the latest drivers for my Graphics Card. My PC is AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G 3.10GHz.

    I run a home business so it is quite inconvenient, I really don't have the cash for a new PC.

    Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
