Windows 10: French accents NOT è/é on CMS keyboard Windows 10

So I've figured out how the change my keyboard, and about doing the accent aigu and grave on the e, but for the life of me, no matter what chart I follow, no matter what combination of CTRL, ALT, SHIFT, and the suggested keys for the accent grave, aigu, trema, circonflex, any of it. I can only produce the&nbs

Are the makers of the windows phone HTC radar aware that the character "ã" is not available? A Latin character not available, this issue must be a virus, right?

On my HTC Titan, I just switched to the Portuguese keyboard option (Settings > System > Keyboard), held down the "a" key, and up popped a bunch of accented variants including "ã". (I just typed this reply on my Titan.)



You can have multiple language's keyboards selected in Settings, and toggle between them with the key to the right of the space (or as I type this, the "espaço") key.

 

Modifying the right ALT key on my French Canadian Keyboard (Windows 10)

I am trying to modifying the right ALT key to obtain ã (Portuguese tilde on a)

It already exists with the combination of ALT+ right square Bracket, and the choosing the lower a or caps a.

What I would like to do is to use the ALT key + (the column and semi-column key) to get the
ã directly in one step.

(This is the most common letter I need - I do not need Ã)

So what is the best step to do that mod???
