Windows 10: Frequent Black Screen and Computer Reboot

Hi,


Hoping for some help with an issue I have been experiencing. Once or twice per day, my PC will randomly give me a black screen, followed by the computer rebooting. This happens while browsing the web mostly, and occasionally while gaming.


Below is my report from "Who Crashed". I can't seem to find a conclusive answer online as to what the problem could be, most posts claim it is a problem with a display driver. My GPU is a Radeon RX580, I have updated to the most recent drivers as well as rolling back to drivers from a time period where I was not experiencing this issue. If anyone has had a similar problem and has any suggestions please let me know, thanks!

Frequent black screen/unresponsive requiring hard boot

Please provide more information to help you better:

• Are you getting black screen before sign in or after sign in?
• Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• Have you installed all the pending Windows updates?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
