Frequent blue screen crashes, especially when running games

Here is a link to my:

    • DMP files
    • Speccy output
    • MSinfo

My computer frequently crashes. It generally runs well otherwise. It mainly crashes when I'm playing or launching video games, but also sometimes when I'm not doing anything that seems computationally intensive eg. watching a debugging video on youtube, or in settings.

I'm running Windows 10 and using Windows Defender. This started happening 2 weeks ago and I hadn't had any problems before then. It crashes every day that I use it.

Please let me know if there is any further information that would be helpful to provide. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    :)

Frequent Windows 10 blue screen crashes

Reading the comments and suggested remedies for Windows 10 Blue Screen Crashes has been enlightening, however I have yet to find a remedy that works on our computers. My wife and I have three computers with the Windows 10 OS. The one that crashes most frequently
is our HP Pavilion 23 All-In-One. This All-In-One came with Windows 8 and has been upgraded to 16 GB of RAM and, of course, Windows 10. Next is our Toshiba Satellite L655 laptop that came with Windows 7 and upgraded to 8 GB of RAM and Windows 10. The least
frequent blue screen crasher is our Microsoft Surface 3 which has been very recently purchased and it came with Windows 10. These blue screen crashes occur too often and are very irritating. With our three machines I have been attempting, without success, to
find a common thread to the crashes. Most crashes seem to occur when we are playing are online, especially playing a game such as The LA Times Just Words Scrabble (the only appearance of a common thread is that, no matter which machine, the blue screen happens
when I'm ahead in the game). All three of our Win 10 computers seems to enjoy going blue in the middle of a very enjoyable video/movie. In addition Windows 10 seems to enjoy going blue when we are working with Office 2010 and other installed programs/apps.
All kidding aside, the Windows 10 blue screen crash occurs way too frequently on each of our three computers and the reasons given on the blue screens differs.

Each of our computers are set for automatic updates from Microsoft and other installed programs/apps. Could that be the common thread?

PC Games crashing randomly, Chrome Crashing, and Frequent Blue Screens

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that games are crashing and Chrome is not working on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.

    However, please let us know:

    • Do you receive any error message when the games crash?
    • What error message do you get when the PC crashes to Blue Screen?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
      Enter.

As you are receiving Aw snap error in Chrome, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Google article

Fix "Aw, Snap!" page crashes and other page loading errors
    and see if that helps.

You may also want to boot the computer in to clean boot and see if the Games/PC crashes.

Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue. Some of the Startup programs will not load after performing a clean boot on the computer.
However, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after finishing the troubleshooting.

To perform a clean boot on the computer refer to the article How to perform a
    clean boot in Windows
    .

If performing a clean boot fixes the issue then, please refer to the section
How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot
to check which program is causing the issue.

Note: Please refer the section Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting
to boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting.

If you are receiving a Blue Screen error on the computer, I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.

    We await your response.

Windows 10 Frequent crashes especially while gaming

    Hello Matthew,

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community and providing us with the detailed description about the issue.

As per the description, I understand that you are experiencing issue with frequent system crashes while playing games and getting blue screen on the system.

I certainly understand your concern and will try my best to help you.

I would suggest you to perform a
    “Startup Repair”
using Windows 10 bootable DVD or USB drive and check if that helps. Initiating repair from CD/DVD may have different results than earlier since the source of boot is different now.

So, I would suggest to perform the repair again and check if it helps.

If you don’t have the bootable DVD or USB drive, please refer to the steps in the article given below to create one and then follow the steps given below.

Create installation media for Windows 10

    Download Windows 10

Once you have made the bootable USB or DVD drive, please follow the steps.

    • Insert the installation DVD or USB
and boot Windows 10 from it.

    • In the ‘Windows setup’
page, select thelanguage to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.

    • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select
      ‘Troubleshoot’.

    • Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select‘Automatic Repair’ and select the operating system.
You might also require to change the boot priority in BIOS in order to allow the computer to boot from CD/DVD.

Important: While scanning the hard drive if any bad sectors are found, the scanner tries to repair that sector, any data available on that might be lost.

    Note:
Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of
BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

    For more information:

I would suggest you to refer to the suggestions provided by
