    Frequent Blue Screen Errors on Dell XPS 13 After Windows Update


    I'm experiencing recurring Blue Screen errors BSODs on my Dell XPS 13 laptop Model 9310 after installing the latest Windows 11 update. The errors occur randomly, often while browsing the internet, streaming videos, or running resource-intensive applications. The BSOD screen displays various error messages, including "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL," "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION," and "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION."I've tried troubleshooting steps such as:- Running Windows Update Troubleshooter- Checking for BIOS updates currently running version 1.14.0- Disabling recently installed drivers- Ru

    Dell XPS 13 9333 - Windows couldnt not complete the installation, to install windows on this computer, please restart the installation

    According to Dell's official Windows 10 Creators Update page, the Dell xps 13 9333 is not listed as tested:

    You can try a manual upgraded as suggested in my previous reply using the ISO in addition to the 12 steps before upgrading.

    Thank you for your response. I checked the specifications of Dell XPS 13 9300 and I see here that there is a version that is not touch-capable.

    I suggest that you ask the store if the laptop you purchased is touch-capable.

    Touchscreen not working Windows 10 Dell XPS 13

    Hello

    I have a Dell XPS 13 with touchscreen. I upgraded to Windows 10 about a month ago. My touchscreen just one stopped working. I tried the driver updates on Dell website, installed BIOS and few others, and no help. Tried other suggestions from earlier posts
    and many of the options (USB devices, pen and touch options) aren't on my computer.

    Any suggestions on what to do would be great.
