    Frequent Blue Screen of Death


    Whenever I use any Microsoft product word, excel, etc. my pc will usually blue screen within 10 minutes. The screen will say “: Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you.” The stop code at the bottom of the screen is different every time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Windows, I have tried updating my drivers, and I have tried replacing the RAM. I took my pc into a Geeksquad for a full diagnostic test and everything came back working fine. The weird thing is that it only does this when it is a Micr
