Windows 10: Frequent Bluescreen

Hello, I'm bluescreening way too much and don't understand what appears to be the issue. sometimes I get three bluescreens in a day.. Everything is updated. This is the technical details from the blue screen, it's in Norwegian. Frequent Bluescreens

It looks like an issue with memory.

I suggest you to Run memory test for at least 8 passes, prefarably Overnight.

If you have a DDR4 RAM, use MemTest86 rather than MemTest86+

When the test completes post back the Image(You can use your phone's camera).

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

 

Frequent bluescreen

My laptop is experiencing frequent bluescreen for about a month, and it has several stop_code, like critical_process_died, kmode_exception_not_handled and other errors. And it can't collect error info, it always at 0 percent So i had to force shut down every
time.
