  1. Frequent Bluescreens

So my computer has been blue-screening kind of frequently (always different error codes, and at random times). The problem is, I can't tell if it's an issue with the motherboard (hardware) or Windows itself (software). I know it's not the hard drive because I bought a new one, redownloaded Windows 10, and still am having the same issues. I thought then, maybe it's a bad install. So I tried the MediaCreationTool to download Windows again and got this error: "0xC1800103 - 0x90002". I've also gotten this error code: "0x80070570", when just trying to install a simple update. The system knows something is wrong because it keeps trying to repair drivers but doesn't seem to do so successfully. I'm starting to worry that my computer is kaput, which is sad considering I only got it 3 months ago from a guy who barely used it and only had it for a year.

Oh and in terms of specs on my computer, it's a ThermalTake Commander MS-I, with a new Seagate 2Tb hard drive. If more specs are needed to answer my question, tell me what and I'll provide.

    :)

    Frequent bluescreen

My laptop is experiencing frequent bluescreen for about a month, and it has several stop_code, like critical_process_died, kmode_exception_not_handled and other errors. And it can't collect error info, it always at 0 percent So i had to force shut down every
    time.

Need Serious Help: How To Record Video of What is Done on my PC?

I suggest the following simple steps:

    1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
    2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
    3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

bluescreen error message wont allow access to desktop

    Hi David,

To know what kind of troubleshooting steps would be applicable to your bluescreen error, please answer these questions:

    • What is the exact error message showing on your end?
    • Were there any changes/updates to your device prior to the issue?
    • Any troubleshooting steps you've done so far to resolve the issue?

For now, you can have a look at the troubleshooting step on this link as an initial remedy to the bluescreen
    error you're receiving.

We'll be waiting for your updates.
