Windows 10: Frequent BSOD Critical process dies & other in Windows 11 even after formatting &...

I don't know what happened to my laptop 5 yrs old, only processor unsupported for win 11 rest everything is supported, but it has become unusable now. Every time I boot, within 2-5 minutes it runs into BSOD critical process dies but sometimes some other error system fie exception.... something like that. I have reinstalled Windows twice, but it keeps getting BSOD's and then finally it gets corrupted and boots into recovery mode saying system files corrupted and that there is problem with internal hard disk. When i booted into HP utility software inbuilt it was showing SSD wear to 156%!
