Frequent BSOD, no particular pattern and I can't figure out the cause.

Hello, I have a Dell Precision laptop that keeps having BSODs and I can't figure out why. I've tried every update for BIOS, drivers, and Windows for months now. I've tried uninstalling things and still no difference.

It would be amazing if someone could help me figure out why. I've uploaded the recent crash dumps as well as system info profile.

Also if it helps it's a Dell Precision laptop and I also use a Dell Thunderbolt docking station with 2 external monitors. And in terms of software I'm mostly using Autocad and Office 365 software.

    Thank you to anyone!

  2. Frequent Crashes/BSODs With No Identifiable Pattern or Cause

The computer I'm using now is the first one I ever built - I completed it about two years ago. For many months now I've had frequent crashes with no identifiable cause. There doesn't seem to be a correlation between RAM-intensive activities and crashes.
Sometimes I'll only have a couple crashes in a whole day, sometimes I have four within 15 minutes. About half the time I'll get a BSOD and my computer will restart itself. The BSOD error messages are inconsistent, I've listed the most common ones below:

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

The other half of the time my computer will just freeze and become unresponsive. Sometimes it'll restart itself, but most of the time I have to manually shut down the computer with the power button on the tower. If I have my speakers turned on when the computer
freezes they make a horrible screeching noise.

About a month ago a friend suggested I test my RAM, so I ran MemTest86 for a full 24 hours. It returned with no errors. I cleaned the inside of my computer with compressed air and re-seated the RAM sticks. I have confirmed they're in the correct slots. I've
also suspected a failing power supply, but I don't know how to confirm it before I attempt a lengthy return process. I've also checked many times to confirm that all of my drivers are up to date.

I'm fully aware that I'll need to try to multiple things to diagnose my crashing problem, but I don't know how to go about this methodically. Any help this forum can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  3. Frequent Crashes/BSODs With No Identifiable Pattern or Cause

Hi Rob, here's an update of the steps I've taken today.

1.) I uninstalled MalwareBytes and ran the cleaner I found using your link.

2.) I fully took apart and reassembled my computer. For now, I have removed the GPU. I have my monitor connected to the dvi port on the motherboard.

3.) I downloaded and ran the Intel Driver and Support Assistant, and it found some updates to install.

I've been using my PC for a few hours since these changes. So far, I haven't had a freeze or BSOD like I had before. Instead, I have a new problem where my monitor will show blocky, glitchy graphics (see video) and my PC will restart itself. This is my first
time using this computer without a separate GPU, so it's possible I messed up an installation or setting somewhere.

Two steps forward, one step back.

Frequent BSOD, no particular pattern and I can't figure out the cause.

    BSOD cause by SynTP.sys

I found the post I mentioned , it was HKKbdFltr.sys to blame actually.

the post : Synaptics causes BSOD on P650SE

And Yes , there's once a bsod shows that the HKKbdFltr.sys was the reason , but I don't got the dmp since it clean itself by time , I tried what that post suggest and end up in recovery to get my keyboard back to work.

It happens more frequently while using the HotKey Contrl Center support by GIGABYTE , so I remove it after realizing it was the cause , now I install it back again tries to get the same bsod again.

I'll make a new reply while I get another bsod dmp. Hope these would help figuring the problem out.
