Windows 10: Frequent BSOD on my Lenovo S340 14IIL Laptop ; Is it due to Firefox or Memory RAM Issue?

Hi,I am facing frequent BSOD while surfing the internet. Till now, I am not getting any clue while debugging the Dump file. Can anyone please help me to find out the actual reason? Camera not working for Lenovo s340 14IIL(Windows 11)

Hello,

I have a Lenovo s340 14IIL laptop. Couple days back I updated to windows 11 and lost my access to integrated webcam. I tried updating, reinstalling my driver but hasn't worked out. Also I checked all my camera settings and also tried the Fn + F8, shutter opening and closing but nothing works. FYI - I haven't seen a specific camera driver update for windows 11.

Let me know if there is a compatibility issue at your end and when I can expect to get this resolved

I'm using lenovo bios utility and uninstalling AVG for now because of the complexity with command prompt. If the error comes back i'll follow the utility tools. plz don't delete this thread. i'm keeping this as not solved yet for at least a few days to see if the problem is gone.


if anyone know any freeware antivirus that is less likely to cause problems then let me know.
