Windows 10: frequent BSOD'like: irql_not_less_or_equal, system_service_exception, system_thread_not_handled

I have a 1.5 year old Lenovo Thinkbook Laptop. For the last 3 months, I frequently have BSOD's during startup, using and restart. I just can't trace back, there they come from.What I already did:1. Mainbord replaced by Lenovo when I still had waranty because laptop was really slow and BSOD's occured every couple minutes2. New installation of Win113. Updating4. Using different scans: DISM, SFC, Memtest86, ESET Security, Lenovo Utilities, Samsung Magician: no errors found5. New installation of Win10 because I had even more BSOD's6. Updating7. BSOD: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_THREAD_NOT_HANDLED

last week i made some hardware changes to my laptop (lenovo z70-80). I installed a new ssd and upgraded my 4gb RAM to 16 gb RAM . The next day i experienced some BSOD errors (only at a cold startup, after the reboot of the system everything works just fine).
Most commonly the cause of BSOD was SYSTEM_THREAD_NOT_HANDLED and just lately the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I post the info from the last BSOD as got from blue screen viewer :

BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Have been receiving a BSOD and I am hoping to get it solved. The error was stated as: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I have completed the steps in the "Driver

BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION & IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL(nvlddmkm.sys)

Hello.

A couple of weeks ago I updated my GPU driver to the latest. Unfortunately, since then I have constantly BSODs that nvlddmkm.sys crashed. I tried cleaning the drivers with DDU and tested older drivers, but still the same. Tested the VRAM and the GPU with Aida64's stress test, no errors found. The PC runs fine under heavy load for many hours and there are also no issues during gaming. The problem occurs in idle and random usage on EDGE. It could be that the new driver broke my GPU?

The BSOD said "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" and "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", which caused by "nvlddmkm.sys".
