Windows 10: Frequent BSODs on Dell XPS 9520

Hi all,I've recently bought a second hand XPS and am at my wits end here. Ever since upgrading the memory from the default 16GB 2x8GB by getting a 32GB stick, either just the 32 by itself, or 32 + 8GB, causes frequent blue screens in windows. I did the full thorough memory test in Dell's startup utilities and everything was fine.As some of the bugchecks related to driver memory access, I followed the instructions here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983to try and narrow down the driver. I was told it should work. I asked them this and they were checking and then said it should work because it is usb-c. But how are they finding this out? Isn't the information they are looking for on the dell website?
