Windows 10: Frequent BSODs That Are All "Rebooting From a Bugcheck"

I've watched here as many fine folks have come in to assist those who are not Windows savvy. I'm in IT, but I must admit, this is above my pay grade.My PC that I use for streaming went from being extremely stable to almost completely unstable. I know I did a bad thing back in late June where I performed a complete set of Windows Updates and then updated lots of programs to their latest versions all at once instead of doing these updates one at a time.In addition to getting BSODs, other times I'll have an individual program crash without any kind of telemetry in the application's logs as to wha

(BSOD) bugcheck was: 0x000000a0 INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

Has any one got this BSOD when stress testing a overclock before? i can get the minidump if some one can read it for me i was trying for 4.5Ghz @ 1.31v and after around 20min of stressing i would get this BSOD and it would shut my system down not even sure i saw a BSOD just a shutdown?

 

Frequent reboots with BugCheck in System log

Hi,

I have a Surface Pro 4 that's rebooting frequently, I think always after it's gone to Sleep mode (so I've never seen a BSOD).

I get this BugCheck event 1001 in the System log:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffa487415a09f0, 0xffff8f0e3704f7b0, 0xffffa48749d98010). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: f9944660-fbae-48a3-bc7c-a92e36416788.

I'm assuming a driver issue, although I've installed the latest Surface driver package.
