Windows 10: Frequent crash of GameManagerService3.exe Exception 0xe0434352 in KERNELBASE.dll

I am experiencing frequent crashes of GameManagerService3.exe. The error message shows an exception in KERNELBASE.dll with exception code 0xe0434352. The issue does not occur in Safe Mode. The issue only occurs when Razer Game Manager Service 3 is enabled. If the service is disabled, there is no error, but the application does not function properly. I have already tried clean boot, driver updates, and .NET Framework repair, but the issue persists. Task Scheduler workaround works, but I am looking for a proper fix. Crash details: Faulting application name: GameManagerService3.exe, version: 3.7.

Im seeing several devices with the following crashing details:

Os verisons:

Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (64 bits)

Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 (64 bits)

MY computer has been randomly Crashing since it's Birth in November 2023,My Admin event viewer says It's Faulting application name: GameManagerService3.exe, version: 3.5.0.370, time stamp: 0x622f7973

New Build: Windows 11 Pro Asrock LiveMIxer AM5 Ryzen 5 7600,G.Skill 32gb 6000mhz RAM, 2)2850 M.2 SSD drives 1TB&2TB, Radeon 7600XT, Intel wi/fi, Gigabyte 850 Gold EFC Power Supply.

I would be in Fortnite or watching a Movie on Netflix or watching a short clip on YouTube and all of as sudden my computer would get a BSOD and restart. After restarting I would go to the Admin Event Viewer and this is what happened just prior to the Computer restarting.

My Computer is set up as a aRGB system the AIO, & every Fan and Ram stick and GPU lights up. I have a RGB Razor Keyboard and a RGB Razer Mouse and they light up with the computer as well. I do not have Synapse installed but I do have Razer Cortex,Razer Axon, And Razer Central installed.

*I've seen other post where you tell people to go to the C:/Windows/Minidump and copy them, I looked their are no files, The Folder just Says empty.* And I do not know how to enable it.
